Thermal Insulative Coating Technologies
Pluperfect offers thermal insulating coating technology. This fluid-applied thermal insulating coating provides protection that addresses deficiencies found in conventional insulation. It can be applied in areas where traditional installations face challenges. This is the only coating on the market that utilizes time-tested coatings technology and the world’s best insulating solids to create an ultra-efficient, corrosion-resistant film. It offers a variety of benefits, including resistance to corrosion under insulation (CUI), worksite safety and protection, as well as thermal break and condensation control.

Condensation Control
Aerolon gives owners and engineers the ability to control condensation, reduce heat/cold transfer, and provide a personnel protection barrier, helping guard pipes, valves, tanks, and more from the deteriorative effects of corrosion.

Heat & Energy Saving
With ultra-low heat transfer and thermal conductivity of 35mW/mK, Aerolon provides thermal efficiency that rivals traditional insulations. Tanks with thermal insulative coating have shown energy savings of 45% to 60%.

Building Thermal Break Protection
Aerolon provides thermal stability and controls condensation on steel and concrete building components, such as relieving angles, lintels, cantilevered beams, canopies, and balconies. Structural Epoxy Linings for Water and Wastewater Systems
CPP Sprayliner is a structural-grade, spray-applied epoxy lining system commonly applied at a thickness of over 125 mils. It is engineered to coat aggressive, enclosed, immersive, and partially open environments, particularly in areas exposed to chemical attack. The CPP Sprayliner effectively prevents oxidation, controls water migration, and addresses inflow/infiltration (I&I) and hydrostatic pressure.
This system is ideal for various applications, including:
